Screwing With My Jeep

Alright, I'm thinking somebody at school is screwing with my Liberty! I've gotten two flats in a month (suspicious, but maybe bad luck) and now two lugnuts were gone off my wheel and one was loose. At first I thought the dealer had forgotten to put them back (which they were kind enough to give me two free). However, its always after school and football games that its not good. I'm getting a locking gas cap before I go back to make sure the situation doesnt get worse. I'm gonna bring it up with the school LEO since I'm his teachers's assistant and see if he'll keep an eye out. In the meantime, what would everyone do that wont get jail time (no tire iron to their window)?
