david, Line-X is a durable coating used on truck beds. Digger had that applied rather than paint when he had an insurance claim on his KK.

Welcome to the forum, and hopefully there is a snorkel that is introduced soon for the KK, because DiggerFreek is jealous of ThunderbirdJunkie's

I have put in touch with Gibsonrm and this is what they have answered me:


"Thank you for your enquiry.
Yes the KK is well on the way.
Still a few week away before the kit for RH Drive will be ready.
We believe that LH drive version will not be far behind it".

hey tbj, on ur snorkel, is the air box sealed?

Is now. The Donaldson Airflow snorkel comes with a blockoff plate for the stock air inlet on the stock airbox.

I might not be understanding 100% but is the snorkel going from the throttle body to the outside???is it not filtring the air??

Air passes through snorkel, then goes into airbox into hole you drill
Goes through the filter
Then takes the factory path the rest of the way
