I have the Stock suspension on my KJ. I've noticed in Cold weather, like 45 degrees or lower. The Suspension makes noises when it's being really compressed. Like when I'm going over a speed bump @ 5-10 MPH the suspension will make the noise. However, when going over small little road bumps it doesn't make any noises.

Has anyone else ever had this issue?

Thanks

Sway Bar Bushings. Normal when it gets cold. Only thing you can do is lubrcate them with grease, but it'll just come back when it gets cold again. Mine doesn't usually start "squishing" until about 40ºF or so.

Thanks for the info.
I was gonna have the dealership look at it when my KJ goes in for the blower recall. I think I’ll have them look at it first and if they can't do anything then I'll grease it up myself.

Does the Rear end also have a Sway bar or is it only the front? I can't recall at this time

Only front as far as i know, that's why the front is always smoother when you go over speed bumps and the rear tends to just drop off the height..
