Running trails like this--http://www.traildamage.com/trails/index.php?id=1--you always take that chance.OK......understood. So what was it that exactly broke the CV. Hard Flex? How hard? I wheel the sh(# out of mine and want to know the weak spots
It's right there, just follow the ruts in between the rocks and you'll know you're on itso....where's the trail?? Looks like you guys are climbing a mountain!
Cool!
You can remove the front CV shafts and still drive the KJ,the wheel bearings for the 4wd and 2wd KJ are the same just the 2wd KJ has a plug in the hole where the CV goes through.Troy, now don't tell me you drove home without the CV's head fitted to the hub..?
'Pop' there goes your wheelbearing?
That trail is wild, but there are wilder trails in CO,the hardest trails in CO are Independance trail,Freedom trail,Liberty Trail, and 21 Road. And the first 3 listed are less then a 1/2 mile long but can take all day.
