I have a 2007 Liberty and it is warning about a defective gas cap. I have replaced it twice and it is still doing the warning with that annoying bell/chime. I have checked into other reasons and those problems do not exist.
I am beyond fed up with it. Does anyone know how to disable it? I take full responsibility for doing it. Would pulling a fuse do it? Failing that, where is the little bugger and I'll take care of it with wire cutters!!
