Well, that's it. The 2005's transmission finally died with 170,000 miles of city driving.
Still strong in first and reverse. As soon as it tries to shift into 2nd, it loses it all and goes to neutral. Then you have to turn off the ignition and turn it back on the get first gear again, and then only to 10 MPH. Then it pops back into neutral.
Short of a new transmission, any thoughts on fixing this failure?
