Making the trip to Tennessee (my home!!) from Texas to meet up with some friends...and Jeepers to wheel Turkey Bay June 4-6...Holla!

The wAter...very sad state in my home town. The house I used to own was in water 7 feet. Alot of my friends lost nearly everything. I'm loading up a trailer with donations to bring with me. Hell hath no fury like mother nature.....

I grew up in that area.. Camped at LBL every year. Been a passenger several times at TB...Wheeled my quad.... But I'm finally driving a jeep!

Man that sounds like a fun trip! I just went thru KY last sunday nite from Illinois and Lake Barkley is still very high so is the cumberland river but by the time you all head up there it should be down some. With all the rain we had the trees and vegitation, have really took off!! Hope you can find the trails LOL. I have drove thru lbl many times from ky to tn, and never knew about turkey bay. But now i have a jeep hehehe, NO excuses now!!!(Cheers)

Sorry about the floods in your home town TB.

I have some relatives in Lexington Ky and they used to go the Cumberland River somewhere down in that area. It is pretty down there. Hope you have a great time.
