Well, in the 18 months I've been at my new job I have picked up 3 deep scratches and been hit once - so hard it knocked the plastic flare loose from one wheel well. Never happened at my old job, guess I work with inconsiderate jerks now.
So, I'm looking for something that will stick out a little bit from the body to protect it a little bit. Doesn't matter if its running boards, step rails, sliders, or something else. I want something stout to take some abuse from stray car doors, and with a little luck put the hurt on their vehicle and not mine. My old Bronco had heavy aluminum running boards that were great for stop parking lot rash.
Anyhow, if you got photos of it attached to your Liberty so I can see how it looks, that would be helpful. I'd prefer black powder coated, but would consider stainless, aluminum, chrome as well.
I'm in Charlotte, NC, so someone with something nearby would be best. Email may be the best way to get me, I only check in once every 1-2 weeks.
