I had a full rebuild done on a 2005 CRD engine. It seized after 750 miles, and he's rebuilding it again after finding that the exhaust valve in the third cylinder had blown apart and chewed everything up. What do you think, converted under warranty? He's been pretty quiet. It was a $15$ part he neglected to replace on a rebuild with $250,000 already on it. My fingers are crossed he'll honor his work.

Onto try two. Originally, whoever I bought it from had an aftermarket transmission cooler wedged between the condenser and the radiator. It was an issue directly after the rebuild, so this time around, I wanted to plum back to the factory, but I couldn't figure out where to do that. My guy doing the rebuild said that in these Chryslers, the transmission cooler and the condenser are one!?!? I only see two ports when I look at the OEM part for the condenser and the radiator.

Does anyone have a schematic for where and what the transmission plumbs into to return to factory, or good suggestions on where to put an aftermarket secondary transmission cooler without the lines getting in the way and wanting to shift around?
