which 3.7's use EGR?

ive got 02 liberty 3.7 with consistent 9" vacuum(no load)didnt think EGR was used anymore(last 1-2 decades),if EGR equipped can anybody help with location.both S2 O2's pinned at 1v but only bank 1 MIL.

no EGR valve on KJ engines. Only CRD models has.
