Out of curiosity, do the knobs come off of the centerpiece? One of mine is cracked and honestly I would probably pick up a knob at the right price.

These are cracked as well, I just got some from here for $4 each. They are easily removable, just make sure when you pull the old one off you get the metal piece that's supposed to go with it.

I could use the mirror, cracked mine on a tree branch awhile back while out in the woods. But I don't have a clue what would be a fair price.. I'll do some looking to see what they go for.
