what year/model of Dodge do i need to buy for the rear shocks for a lifted KJ?

do these actually work? according to rancho's spec catalog, the RS5248 is the shock for the Durango, but the top mount is 16mm wide, vs 12mm wide on the Jeep.

The Skyjacker N8088 that I put on the rear of my KJ came with a bunch of different sized bushing inserts. I had to press the bushing and insert that fit into the upper and lower shock mounting locations myself. Does Rancho not do the same?

sorry, the codes refer to the style mounts, the first code being the upper mount. A designates the width of the eye (from side to side) and B designates the circumference.
so according to rancho, the Liberty uses a 16MM wide top mount...which sounds about correct if you are shimming the Durango shocks to make them fit. just wanted to be sure before i put them on my "list" of possible components....hehe

No we really give out wrong information all of the time 
I would say there are thousands of KJs running around with RSX 17004 shocks and we have been using them for over 5 years now so YES they do work.
I never installed any washers on mine by the way.

what size lift, if any, are these running on? just wondering if there was a minimum lift size you had to have before you could use these.

Pretty much anything over stock
The stock ones are not very long at all
The ones for the rear of a Dodge Dakota are actually just a little longer than the OME132Ls which are made for Lifted Liberty's
