How much lift is need to run 245/65-17 on a 17x7 with 4" BS? Will +3/8 clevis and 1/4" strut spacer be enough? I'm trying to keep lift as low as possible, really just wont a slightly larger tire and wider stance.

What came stock on it? 235/70/17? If So the 245/65/17 would actually be a bit smaller diameter so really no lift at all needed. Biggest tires you can run with no lift is 245/70/16 so not sure if the 17" rim will make a difference. 4" back spacing might be a bit troublesome with that small of lift and bigger tires. But hey to each his own!

Stock tires were 235/65-17 (29" tall and 9.3" wide). 245/65-17 are a 1/2" taller and wider.

On the stock rims you should be okay with a clevis lift and top spacer but on a 4" BS rim no way.You will need at least 2.5"+ of lift for those 4" BS rims to clear.
