Seriously, there are problems with the new JK's.. ?

Yeah all the 3.6's have some major head issues,there are TSB's for it.Usually cylinder #2 misfire or a bad ticking noise = new heads.Some are even having issues with the new head designs,same #2 misfire.

What they get using the styrofoam heads.

The issue with the heads in the 3.6 jk is in the 2012 model.

Some '13's are seeing issues also as is some '14's in the WKII's.

Sounds like you had slightly lazy O2's and new ones are still keeping it in that 1.5 ratio emission zone,I'd be expecting cat failure in the near future.

Well if that's true, it's good to know. I hope you're wrong but even if you're not, if I get a few more years of trouble free driving for the cost of a couple O2 sensors before the cats do fail, I consider that money well spent.
