LMight try a size smaller socket, maybe an SAE if its metric, or metric if its SAE (can't remember off hand). Get one that almost fits...

LOld trick is to cut a slot in the bolt head and get it out with a hefty screwdriver or pry bar.

Which one is stripped? Engine or pulley?? They are both originally M10 conventional right hand thread. Be careful with the 2 idler... -

LDrill and helicoil or Timesert is probably the best option. Anything else is a major redesign/fabrication job.
