    The upgraded glow plugs make it run better...or I just see how it supposed to sound with all injectors firing properly at last. Mos def PB-Blaster to remove, just to be safe. Especially in the wetter climates.

    Time-sert sounds like it will work! I would consider the Helicoil which is better than the Redneck idea my dad had that may have worked...but yeah. Thanks for the suggestion. I was about to start the salvage yard hunt for a donor.

    Is it possible to bypass the tensioner pulley and put another one somewhere? The bolt/mounting bracket is stripped on mine.

    Mounting bracket not made OEM in US...but maybe somewhere else like Russia eastern Europe....anyone know?

    So here's a Tim Taylor moment. Doing my own glow plugs. I leave my torque wrench suspended against the råd hose overnight. The bolt* ended up breaking when the belt was set and I was finally done, glow plug upgrade a sucess....but yeah. *.* Pops extracted it...the new bolt...idk how, didnt...
