You suppose correctly. It was a simple test. The DLR voltage is enough to trip the relay in the "headlights off" position. -

Light Bar / DRL
I have a 2004 Libby and I mounted a 30" Cree LED light bar on the bumper in front of the grill. It is a great light and draws under 18 amps. What I want to do is tap into the high beam wire just aft of the bulb to trigger the relay to turn the light bar on when high beams are selected... -

Power rear view mirror problem
I have a 2004 Libby LTD. A few months ago the adjustment for the power rear view mirrors was working fine. Than quit. Today I dug out my factory service manual to see what the problem was. I went right to 8N-10, page 14 to trouble shoot. None of the test produced any results. No kidding so...- brad426

RB1 nav head unit and GPS ant.
Just for sh ts & giggles. OEM new is about $2,000.00 for retrofit kit. I found a complete set up (less the $16.00 antenna) on e-bay. Shipped to Canada for $200.00.
