Knocked the rocker off and broke something in the head that dropped into the sump would be my guess. Pop the valve cover off and see...

Probably a dropped valve seat, would explain the heavy breathing accompanying the misfire, the valve will be stuck open. A second hand...

Sounds like a misfire, along with the tapping, noise is very top end so I wouldn't condem it just yet, definitely time to pull the heads...
