    Hopefully one of the KK members has better insight. I upgraded my KJ Pioneer deck to include USB & hands free etc.

    I would stay away from Napa Calipers due to a sloppy fitment. Shop found Raybestos Front New Calipers & fit perfectly !! Back on the road again. :)

    The saga continues. Had it towed to a shop. Apparently Napa Canada calipers do not fit correctly on the mounting brackets, sloppy fit. Shop searching for Raybetos calipers. Wish me luck !

    On a trip away from home, when suddenly the left front caliper slowly seized up with a smoke show. Not a good day. For every thing else..There is Mastercard..:( :eek: Jeep= Just empty every pocket.

    You may have to get is scanned by a Snap On ULTRA scanner. I feel your pain big time !

    They are the OEM Mopar Locking cross bars. w/ 2 keys.

    Serpentine belt tension ?

    The Mopar tensioner assembly automatically adjusts the belt. Check belt alignment and look for wear on outer edges. I would try a new EPDM serpentine belt. You may need a new tensioner ?

    Is the Jeep running ok ? The NGK spark plugs are fairly easy to replace.

    Use NGK ZFR6F-11G spark plugs I used the STANDARD brand of coil packs which fit perfectly.

    The KJ will handle so much better with the 4.5's and offer a better alignment.
