So i just replaced the struts/shocks all the way around and the jeep now appears to be squatted. The coils probably could be replaced in the rear I have not done it yet. My question is should I worry about the squat in the rear, will it affect anything?

You'll be riding on the bumpstops loaded, assuming they are still there!
If the shocks are worn out so are the springs.

Am I missing something here? If the springs being bad is the problem, wouldn't he have had that squat with the bad shocks too? If the squat only appeared with new shocks, my first suspicion would be that the shocks are too short.
