E brake light intermittent
The "e-brake" or "Handbrake: has a small contact up near the Lever....at least that is how it works on my 2002 Export CRD. You have to remove the console surrounding the Handbrake Lever to locate the switch.;)- Billwill

Download the 2003 Jeep KJ Service Manual here....has information on how everything works and section 8 W has the Wiring Diagrams. On Dec 7th I posted here on how to exactly find C106!:rolleyes: Every wire in the Jeep from end to end and including splices has its unique color so Left headlights will be different colors to Right headlights! The only exception is that sometimes several Ground wires may be Black!;)- Billwill

Being able to pull the ignition key out in any position means the tumblers are worn...and likely the keys are also worn! If you do not have the logics for your Jeep...download the complete Service Manual here...2004 is not covered though! What year/model is your Jeep? The Wiring diagrams are in section 8W. I avoid the Dealers like the Plague but some things like replacing the Cam Belt on my CRD has to be done by them! Blower motor connector
What year is your Jeep? If it is a KJ, the Service Manuals and the Parts Fiche can be found at: www.colorado4wheel.com/manuals/Jeep/KJ/. I doubt they will show a part number for the connector alone but maybe you will be lucky!- Billwill

Try and find a Multifunction switch at a Breaker yard...one from a Jeep with or without Foglights will work! Or find a Friend with a Jeep and try swapping this over....very easy to do! Otherwise you are forced to go to the dreaded "Dealer" to repair the problem:eek:- Billwill

OK if you use Page 8W-50-3 from the 2003 Jeep KJ Service Manual downloaded at: www.colorado4wheel.com/manuals/Jeep/KJ/ Then...pins 85 and 30 on the Low Beam Relay should read +12 volts with respect to ground even with ignition OFF! Pin #86 on this relay should show 12 Volts if you put one...- Billwill
