Hey guys I got a 2003 liberty and it would appear I have an Evap leak by the Evap canister which is giving me a CEL P0442 Evap small leak code. I suspect that it is coming from a hose that is missing a clamp since the smoke seems to generally come out of that area. Checking parts diagrams however does not reveal what the part number is for the clamp and I cannot understand why they use plastic clamps in the first place? The suspected hose missing the clamp is circled in red:

You can see the smoke emanating from that area. I guess I’m trying to understand why a standard hose clamp wasn’t used and if it’s worth it to go to a jeep dealer and order one. Is the canister itself plastic or metal, I assume the vapor canister is plastic and a metal clamp may damage the fitting on the canister.
