    Front wheel noise... rattling?

    Can confirm, I had a real hellish metal on metal grinding right under my seat. Sure enough it was the front driveshaft boot that bolts up to the Tcase. Took longer to unbolt the shaft than it did to rebuild the one end. Seriously easy job for a beginner even, jus get a pair of snap ring pliers.

    When doing mine I did not use RTV. Sealed the pump to the timing cover perfectly.

    I use DEKA Batteries in my Jeep and truck. Both are sealed AGM's and do great in the cold, start every time no questions asked.

    Yes. If you go with extended shocks you use 2 hockey pucks on each side as a bump stop. Just drill right through both pucks, drill a hole in the spring mount, run a bolt through and tighten.

    Site says it only fits till an 06. I have an 07. Was there a change in the switch design/connection between 06 and 07? The one I listed above says it fits from 2007 on out to 2012.

    Transfer Case Fluid Plugs

    Ive had my transfer case out 4 times on my own, drained and refilled each time. NO its not needed at all, but i just use some plumbing tape on the threads. That will seal it up just fine.

    Not saying it isn't, but OP stated he had no lights on his dash, if it was an ABS wire wouldn't that throw a code for unresponsive sensor?

    Jeep is still waiting for her big teardown. OME lift waiting to go in, Timing cover work, valve cover work, front diff work, cooling system/radiator work, list goes on and on. Until then, My 01 F-150 needs a new upper arm and valve cover gaskets. Along with some trans seals.

    Intermittent Misfire...

    Either MOPAR or NGK, same brand as spark plugs. I personally went with NGK from RockAuto.
