I got the replacement radiator for the wife's 02 today and installed it. I took the AC condenser out and got rid of it since the air conditioning doesn't work. The radiator went in a lot easier.

I opened up the blend door actuator and it was pretty corroded inside. I think when the heater core busted antifreeze got inside of it and sat there for several months.
