11 miles per gallon.....it's not good, but is it bad?

A matchstick has always worked just fine. Oh, & unless that's soft sand, I wouldn't even bother with 4WD - or a Jeep, for that matter.- Deb'nKJ

no lights on night dashbord + right sidelights ( little white front + red rear )
KJ's are too old for DRL's to be mandatory on European export models ( except, probably, Scandinavia, Italy &, I think, Slovenia i.e. the countries that require daylight headlight use), so that can be ignored. Oil temperature gauge
I'd always understood that oil temp was higher than coolant. Can't see that fitting any extra clocks in a KJ would be any different from anything else, although I'd rate oil pressure more important than temp.- Deb'nKJ

Different front Wheel Speed sensor on Jeep Liberty KK

Not really today (but I didn't think of it at the time) but one of the souvenirs from my last 2 weeks American road trip was a valve cover gasket set (full marks to the guy at O'Reilly's in Barstow, CA for checking their store in the next place on my itinerary had one in stock). I think there's a bit more to bio diesel than that - but I take your point. My only experience of running diesels on alternative fuels is with Citroens, & whether they would or wouldn't depended on what make of pump was fitted - but they loved ATF!- Deb'nKJ

Dash kit suggestions?
Much as I like woodgrain in the right place (like Jags, Bentleys & Aston-Martins, e.g) to my mind there's not a lot wrong with the KJ interior, there's that bit of silver plastic that really ought to (& probably will) be satin black & those awful (to my eyes) white gauges but otherwise, reminds...- Deb'nKJ

This is a very personal/subjective thing so it's your Jeep/money/choice but, fwiw, a KJ is too new & the wrong type of vehicle for woodgrain which only really works with natural leather tones, dark green, mushroom/fawn/beige or, at a pinch, maroon. I've not seen a KJ that didn't have a...- Deb'nKJ

I'm not sure what your attachment is meant to show but, you are right about the fuse boxes (although I was unaware of the 3rd one you mention.) However, according to both the drivers' & service manuals "The headlamp low beam relay is located in the Junction Block (JB) on the driver side...- Deb'nKJ

Engine Swap
Actually it's easier (no - make that less difficult) to fit a Lexus V8, if you must have that hypnotic exhaust note - or really enjoy a challenge. Driver Side Turn Signal & Running Light Prob

No. I'm a bit lost on the "lost shape" bit but that wheel does look to be at an odd angle - in 2 planes. However, that tyre shows no abnormal wear pattern, which I'd expect with any alignment, & some worn component, issues. Love seafish's suggestion, oh my, how the other half live! We don't...- Deb'nKJ

06 kj rear brake lights issue
While it's unlikely that both will fail simultaneously just think about all those vehicles you see with only one brake light - guaranteed the owner/driver won't know 'til the 2nd one goes out.- Deb'nKJ

Brake Light stuck on. Help
I really don't understand the diagnostics (but that might just be me. I'm surprised KJ's have hydraulic brakelight switches but even more so that it's mounted on the MC. Never known a switch to fail "on", my 1st suspect for that fault would be the parking brake switch being stuck.- Deb'nKJ
