What did you do to your jeep today?

Took the front passenger side apart and started slamming the hub. DAMN is this thing stuck on there. Gonna take another crack at it tomorrow.

Absolutely understandable. Better to be safe than sorry!

    Hub bolts - part no.06503088

Your bolts will be just fine. The threads are all covered for the most part and should remain pretty clean. Especially after unthreading. About to do my second hub in the near future.

    2002 liberty rear control arms

I had issues at 150k miles or so. Course I also had them replaced from the recall. The Moog replacements were cheap enough and have been running true for some time now.

    2006 electric fan

Or if you're willing to part with the clutch fan, I'm willing to give you the slimmer E-Fan for the cost of shipping. Might even pay you a few bucks if you want to send the clutch fan my way. I swapped to an HD shroud myself.

    WARN Stubby Bumper Proposal?

I'm interested in any solution. And will even pay decent bucks for it. That goes for you too, Tom.

    LED courtesy lights

Also just deal with it here. Bothers me no more than other dash and console lights. My tC's LEDs don't do this.

Custom Roof Crossbars for a Low Profile Rack

This was my experience as well. I believe I shared this on another thread. I actually tightened the bottom bolt so much FIRST in order to actually cause the clamp to clamp down on the rail (yes...this was definitely over-tightening the bolt). I also used pipe insulation to make it a more snug...

    2017 Compass

I actually saw one in person the other day. Cute little street Jeep for sure.

Never heard of doing that for bushings. Doesn't sound necessary at all.

    KL lifts

There was a guy at Jeep Luau who sells (and displays) KL lifts. He said he has both a 1.5" inch kit and a 3" kit. Unfortunately I grabbed no info...but that Jeep looks kinda like his. However, he said it was a combination spring/spacer lift. Edit: Yup, the one on the home page is his alright...

    Dumb Question

Higher load range will probably be the answer to your problem. They just ride a bit stiffer.

    Tire Truing?

At 2-3k miles per year even if I burn off half the tread I would get years out of the tires. That's why.

    Tire Truing?

Hey Guys and Gals, Has anyone tried having their tires trued up? Unfortunately due to not aligning often enough, my tires have cupped a bit. I rotate them frequently but due to needing new tires soon after the lift, I had to put the tires on before the lift settled. Pair that in with the lack...

    KK lift/tires, etc. general info.

Funny enough I have been considering the swap as well. It's a matter of swapping most of my current lift parts and selling the others. But I don't feel like buying ANOTHER vehicle. The Jeep does what I need it to do.

    Dana 30 SFA/IFS gear compatibility

For your requirements, a lift and a little bit of lower bumper portion cutting will solve all of your problems for a fraction of the effort and cost. Hell...get 790 (OME) springs and get a bumper if you can get it with minimal duties and you'll have some good clearance.
