    Just a thought, but check your PCV hoses like the one coming from the airbox and make sure it is at least connected and doesn't have cracks. That can suck in air bypassing the filter. Like I said, just a thought.

    New driver's side window regulator. I got a cheap one off ebay just like i did for the passenger side at the beginning of the summer. It's best if you use your OEM motor though because the cheap one is loud. Takes a minute to swap them. I realized that using the auto down it was bottoming out...

    New brakes all around. Akebono pads and raybestos premium rotors. 85k original brakes and they still had pad left on all but one and that was the inside front left pad. That one had about 1/8" left.

    42rle has a straight crossmember and the 45 has an angled one. really easy to tell.

    There is a flat spot on the headliner just for a light. I used a domelight out of a caravan. Worked great.

    Renegade wheels do not have that rib on each spoke. They're a bit different and IMO look 10 times better.

    Yeah I understand, but I would be scared to take that thing anywhere that cruise control could be used. Do you plan on having this capable of going 65 MPH on a freeway? I don't wish to pick this thing apart, I'm actually keeping up with the progress and am looking forward to seeing it...

    Totally. I'd get an 02 if I wanted to get one now. The 45rle just rocks. Had a chance to drive one again and WOW, what a difference! The only thing I'll say about my 42 tho is that it is learned pretty good right now. It'll never have that tractor pull feeling tho.

    Great Gas Mileage

    I drive with a heavy foot. I get 16.5 consistently. I don't pay attention to the EVIC and calculate manually. This week I drove 75% highway at 70mph and averaged 18.7. I have 245/75 Duratracs. Not the heavy ones. I guess your results may vary.
