Another update. Jeep has been running great. Keep putting more and more miles on it with absolutely no issues. I’ve put around 2,000 miles on it since adding the lift. I did have to put u joints in the drive shaft as they were completely shot. Thinking the CV axle will be the next project...- RockinRam96

Thanks for the info. I am pretty familiar with diesel motors and most of the upgrades/ maintenance upgrades to make these things more reliable. The fuel pump and timing belt are certainly high on the list of things to do. Both only make sense. I don't see starting this in extreme cold temps...- RockinRam96

Coolant overflow without overheating
So it sounds like you recently did some work with the coolant system, replacing major components. FWIW, I have had many engines leak coolant out the over flow until they settle down and find their happy place. I can fill to the full line and when hot leak until again finding their happy place...- RockinRam96

Fuel Pumps
I know Sasquatch Diesel has an intake fuel pump for these Jeeps that uses a Cummins fuel pump. Anyone ever use an external pump and filter set up for these Jeeps? Something like a FASS or an Air Dog? Yes pinch welds are flattened. Just have to address the front bumper. Other than that tires clear just fine. I do want a bumper with a winch mount in the future. Not sure if I’m into paying $1,500 for ARBs bumper though. Thoughts crossed my mind to build one (have tools and resources to do so)...- RockinRam96
