I have one of those plastic totes too, probably 3/4 of your length, and I keep everything in there..25ft chain, bucksaw, booster cables, hitch receiver,wrenches ..ect..ect :D
Is this corrosion on 1 post or both posts?
A bad connection( usually the ground will also cause this corrosion) can be to blame as well. I have no corrosion on my terminals, and my battery is the original factory unit and my KJ is going on 7 years old now.
I just installed new RRO's A-arms, and the tires on mine looked like what you describe yours looks like, and the alignment shop got mine aligned no problems.
Did they even try to pull the bottoms of the wheels out? My pass. side tire is just slightly pos. at the top. Get them to have another...
Check your brakes completely. Disassemble the pads/calipers and take a look at the mounting area where the pad sits. Make sure everything is where it's suppose to be.
Could be a front DS noise??
My Rusty's coils were a bit soft, but were better than stock for driving/cornering feel.
The OME springs that are on there now feel stiffer than the Rusty's in corners, but the OME springs have sagged more than the Rusty's in the same time period. kopkrab.gif

To the OP, like was stated, the everyday run of the mill copper plug works fine. I think I put a set of Autolites in last time I changed the sparks.
