Yeah, that's what I have happening...rumble at all speeds. Too bad Eric doesn't have any more shafts in stock, and he doesn't have any idea when he will. :(

Why did you need to replace these shafts? Vibration/Growling noise from the front? Or was there a lot of rotational play at the CV/Intermediate shaft joint?

As for the clevis, it looks like about 1 conduit nut gap now, and you still have plenty of room for another 2 nuts of spacing/gap if you want.

I would say either the expansion valve is not functioning properly, or the system needs to be topped off. A refrigerant system if worked too hard from lack of refrigerant will freeze up. Check for leaks first though.
Nope, he didn't change it either. I have noticed sometimes when a person quotes another, that the text will sometimes change case....upper changes to lower. headscratch.gif
Best way. The thing that makes me wonder is that the new and reman'd ones here are the same price. Down there they are different prices. Let us know what you find out though .
