    Cat delete.

And that is why the law harasses us. Because people with that ignorant mentality break the law and make us all look bad. Sloppy engine building is always the source of such tainted info as what you have been fed. If what I said was bull, then why do modern vehicles put out 2hp per cube all...

    Cat delete.

Just because those guys lack the knowledge on how to build an engine with cats and be clean, doesn't mean it's the right thing to do. You gain little power if any, in fact you loose bottom end torque, which is what you need the most. Tinted windows isn't illegal in all states, and even then it...

    Cat delete.

Cutting the cats out on a gas engine is illegal, no if's, and's or but's. It's illegal at the federal level and at the state level. It doesn't gain you anything either.

traded my 04 for an 03. questions...

:mfr_omg: :mfr_omg: First off, if you're doing 55mph and think you need 4wd, you would have to be a :untitled: or brain dead. In all my years driving, including time in a semi, I never saw a situation where I would be comfortable doing 55mph and need 4wd. Like you said, sometimes you gotta...

    Elaborate on the idle?

traded my 04 for an 03. questions...

If you can still see pavement, if you have the right tires on it, you really shouldn't need 4wd, other than maybe getting started at stop lights, etc and then popping it back into 2wd. The last couple snow storms we have had, I only used the 4wd to get going up a hill with ice on it, other than...

    will they fit

I doubt it, 5" backspacing, I bet you'll hit brake calipers first.

    Snow Storm

What a winter you guys out east have had. We haven't had a lot here really except in the mountains. I've heard rumors of a predicted El Nino this year which may change all of that. Not sure how it affects you guys, but it means snow here, lots of snow.

    Ironman load range

Seems strange. I never contacted Marlin about it, don't really want to bother him over it unless there is an issue with the springs. I will say, as has been said by other Ironman lifted KJ owners, they ride nice. Much better over stock.

    Ironman load range

On mine, 20" in front with Ironman B springs, no top plate, no clevis. Got it to 22" with a 1/4" top plate and 1/2" clevis lift. Settled a little less than that.

    Ironman load range

The load C I believe are the CRD rated springs, so heavier than the 927.

Crown axle seals, do they suck?

Lol, been there, done that. It always sucks redoing something, especially when you did it right, and it's just a junk part. Now when I do the diff swap on mine, it'll get all new mopar seals, just for insurance.

    Liberty Thermostat Location/Change ?

Wouldn't know about vAutozone. I refuse to acknowledge their existence! lol. Last one I saw from a parts store of decent quality, had the rubber seal with it, installed actually on the t-stat with the indexing mark. The t-stat must be oriented in the correct position. I'm not talking putting...

    Rough Idle/CELs?

Well, I'm not running top of the line equipment actually. I'm using a Snapon Solus Pro. The latest incarnation of it is the Solus Ultra. They had a previous model called Solus, that is similar to mine, but used regular batteries to operate the tool when not attached to a vehicle. Mine uses...
