Hello guys, I have just ordered the following for my '04 KJ: ARB CKMA12 Compressor ARB inflation kit Digital Tyre Inflator ARB601 :winner_third_h4h: I guess that many of you have already installed one in your Jeeps. Therefore, the question is, where is the best place to install it? Is there...

    2ohm to 4ohm sound

What I did, was connect the phone to the amp at home, and connected one of the speakers output to the speaker I wanted to refoam. I used clamps (i hope i am using the correct word here...) for my convenience. It is easy to align the coil, you just don't hear it... There are many free Apps (tone...

    2ohm to 4ohm sound

Hi there, i recently refoamed my front speakers (rear were OK) and everything went smoothly. I used the frequency app to align the voice coil. I do not advise you to do it otherwise.

Transmission going bad? Tranny is acting weird.

Have you reprogramed the BCM and ACM for the bigger tires? Mine used to do that, but since i reprogrammed, it works OK You need to go to the dealer and do it, as the DRBIII is required. Check the following link: Correcting/Recalibrating the Jeep Liberty Speedometer for different tire sizes using...

    Tire Pressure Calculation

For 1841lbs on each tire, since it is an LT245/70R16 tire, if you check the TRA LT inflation table, you should apply 42psi, as 40psi correspond to 1780lbs and 45psi correspond to 1935lbs.

    P245/70/16 Tire pressure

33 psi on a P235/70R16 corresponds to a Load carrying capacity of 1918lbs If you want to use a P245/70R16 tire for the same Load, you should inflate your new tire to approx 28-29psi since 26psi corresponds to a Load of 1841lbs and 29psi to a Load of 1940lbs.

    KJ, infinity Speaker Question

Allways a line level output drives the amp in all Hi-Fi systems (cars and home systems). That is what I meant also. Just have in mind that since you connected the line out to the Infinity amps on the doors, you are not using the 22w RMS per channel that your new radio has...

    KJ, infinity Speaker Question

If you install a new radio with amp, you will have to connect speaker cables (speaker level out) to all speakers (to the crossovers for the front...). You have to take out the Infinity amp, it will be no longer usable. Otherwise, if you want to use the Infinity amp, you will have to use the...

Biggest Waste of Time/Money You've Made on Your KJ?

To me, it was the OME 2926 springs. Don't get me wrong, they are great springs! It is just that they did not lift the Jeep 2.5" as I intended, and now I will have to put the 2927 instead... And re-align off course...:emotions122:

    Tire Pressure Calculation

Yes you can do it with the chalk test and have an indication whether or not you are correct. If you are not, you will have to do it again with a different pressure according to your findings. With the Load Inflation table you have a scientific way of calculating the exact pressure needed...
