Take it to Autozone (if you have one) and have them check the battery and charging system. I just had the same lights pop up on the dash and it turned out to be a failing alternator. It was still putting out juice, just not enough under the right circumstances.- Ksat

You need to check the cam sensor for power, ground and output signal. An oscilloscope is the best way to do it, but a capable multimeter might work in a pinch. I don't see how a bad starter would cause the issue u described.- Ksat

Can't really comment on the accuracy, but I think perhaps the best way to determine what your MPG is is to install an inline flow meter and use a GPS to determine the distance traveled.- Ksat

Compressed air can easily damage EVAP components and lines. Smoke machines only add 2 or so psi, which is somewhat difficult to achieve with your average compressor regulator.- Ksat

O2 sensor replacement gives better gas mileage
The rears may not have any effect on the fuel mileage, fyi. In many cars they're just used to determine how well the cats are functioning. I've heard some vehicles may use them additionally to adjust long term fuel trims, but I'm not sure if that's the case on the libs.- Ksat

What year lib do you have and what engine? A purge solenoid that sticks open can cause a vacuum leak, which can cause the hard starting issue you describe, including right after filling up. That plug is a ***** to reach on any kj with the 3.7. You're going to have to get creative in order to unplug it.
