    Side Window Air Deflectors

Re-read my post... ...I never said it didn't or couldn't happen. I will say that I've lived on the East Coast for many, many years and traveled extensively throughout OH, PA, WV, MD, DC, DE, NJ and VA. I'm aware of how muggy, warm and uncomfortable it gets, but it's nothing like it is...

    Professional Window tint

Window tint is a must here in the Great American Desert Southwest... ...not only does it look good, it really cuts down on the heat from the sunlight coming through the windows. And here's an idea for you.... If you put tint on the windshield, have them run two 1/4 inch accent...

Introducing My New '08 JK Wrangler X...

My '99 TJ Wrangler Sport has been sold to make room for my new (insert drum roll here) '08 JK Wrangler X. The '06 KJ Liberty has performed well on the trails, but it is now in semi-retirement, living out the rest of it's life running around town and maybe doing an occasional easy trail to make...

    Side Window Air Deflectors

That's not really an issue. Pull off a little of the backing on one end, say a half inch or so, then line it up. While holding the deflector in place very lightly, have someone start pulling the backing off. When the tape is all removed, press firmly in place and you're done. Agree, the in...

    Detailed The KJ

Sorry to hear you've given up the trails. There's so much to see here in the Southwest. It's a shame to have a good 4x4 and not use it to get out and see the back country. The jeep looks nice.

    TJ/JK Hood Flutter....

Some of you Wrangler owner's may have noticed "hood flutter" in heavy head on wind, or especially when passing a big rig on a two lane road. I put up with it for years on my '99 TJ. Having recently bought an '08 JK, I've been looking over the different JK forums and came across an easy and...

    Admin... Help!!!!

Must be.... I've been using Opera for almost a year and suddenly a couple of months back it's started acting screwy. Sometimes I click on a link or an attachment and it doesn't load. I'd delete my account and start over, but haven't figured a way to transfer all my favorites over. I...

Thanks for asking!!! We had a great time, but it would have been even better if some of the AZ Gang could of made the run with us. The Chloride Mine trail was very rocky the first mile and a half. We almost turned around since we were alone. Once we got out of the rocks it was a graded...

skid plate.........is all this nessary item?

I've been running MOPAR skids on the KJ and have taken plenty of solid hits. They've held up very well for me. As mentioned above, if you're going to play in the dirt, you need protection.

You're correct about the six hour round trip, but... there's also a couple of other things to consider: - you get to see a different part of Arizona. - the Tucson/Douglas guys and gals are always coming up to the Phoenix area runs, we can show them some support and go play in their...
