    The 08-10 isn’t swappable with the 11-12 KK so I doubt an 04 would be. Sorry. That’s why you can get a Hypertech Max Energy tuner for the 10 and below but not the 11 or 12 model year, even though the engine is the same. Different software programming.

    Could there be air in the line preventing your coolant from circulating effectively? Clearly it goes to the heater core and back, but the radiator? Do the radiator hoses get hot?

    Shoot. Maybe the wiring on the TCM side is loose or pinched? I don’t know what the TCM looks like, so I got out my parts manual. It is #2 in this schematic. I wouldn’t put much stock in the TCM location on the schematic since the TIPM is drawn on the wrong side, LOL.
