You’ll need to get into the doors and inspect the actuators. Perhaps a wire is loose or one of those has failed. Then check the wiring for shorts. Insulation may have worn through somewhere.
You should replace those platinum plugs with NGK copper. I’m not saying it’s the cause of your issue, but these Jeeps are particular about their electrical parts. Also check the engine grounds for corrosion. A number of problems can be caused by bad ground wires.

The part numbers are down in my signature. Try offroadwarehouse.com for OME parts. Don’t use spacers, they’re bad for the front end. I did my lift last summer, and I’m just an average mechanically inclined type. You’ll need to find a local shop to put the front coil over together for you.
I tried something like that first, but rather awkward with my big feet. I also couldn’t reach the rear of the rack without placing myself into an inauspicious position.
