Looking at the spec for that tire it looks like it is designed for good tread wear life - has a tread wear rating of 600. This means the rubber is going to be more resilient to wearing (aka harder) and will not provide the optimal grip when temperatures drop and the road surface gets slick...
Is there a brand name anywhere on the box in the first picture? Might be hard to track down remotes too if it is 15 years old or so. Might be easier to just get a new system installed if you want remote start capability.
After driving it for a bit - it will take the sensor a minute to warm up to get a proper reading. It is best to check it while driving as sometimes they can give a false reading when the vehicle is idling.
Do you have a scan tool that will show data? If so you can watch the data for the rear O2 and see what the voltages are reading - it should not fluctuate but be steady around .5 volts or so.
That is an aftermarket alarm/remote start system. The box in the second picture is a module that tricks the immobilizer system into thinking the factory key is in the ignition so the remote start can work.
As the title says I built a sub box for my Jeep and added a set of door speakers. The sub and amp are some old school MTX Thunder gear - a 10" sub and a 100w amp. I built the box to fit in the back up against the side panel on the left so it wouldn't take up too much space in the back. I do wish...

I would pull the door panel off and watch the levers/cables in the door as you operate the handle - looks like there is probably a seized pivot or lever on the door latch causing the handle to not operate correctly and for the power lock to stick.
A partially stuck open thermostat can flag coolant temp codes - how long does it take for your engine to warm up when driving it in the morning? If it doesn't get up to temp in the time frame the ecm is looking for it will eventually flag a code.
