Stock '03 speaker question, impedence
I would be more concerned about the wattage handling rating of the speaker than the Ohm value. Ohms measures impedance, otherwise known as resistance. A 2 Ohm load rated at 100 watts, is going to handle as much power as a 4 Ohm speaker rated at 100 Watts. If your head unit is rated at 50 Watts...- 02redKJ

Either 4 Ohm or 8 Ohm will work fine. 2 Ohm speakers are not nearly as common and therefore will be harder to find. In fact I have never seen any 2 Ohm speakers for sale anywhere before. Why are you changing the speaker? Did it blow? Or weather aging? Or ??? Do you plan on changing the head unit...- 02redKJ

Front D Rings
I hope I'm not hijacking your thread, if so, I apologize, but this one fits my question the best I've found so far. I have the mounting points for the tow bar for pulling the Lib behind an RV. I keep hearing a guy on channel 6 that bleeds over to 3 or 4 adjacent channels. Thing is, he is in Mobile AL and I am in Oregon. That's what I mean about the skip. He repeats himself over and over again. Drives me nuts. He overdrives the locals who use channel 3 here.- 02redKJ
