    I don't think he's saying he doesn't expect to pay. I think he's saying that he is afraid of being out more money yet not being any closer to finding out what the issue is. He's probably on a limited budget and every empty trail he pays for leaves him with less money towards the actual repair.

    I cant help you on the issue itself. Seems like an odd problem. I would take it to a different shop if the current one you are going to keeps saying there is no issue. Not saying anything bad about that shop but clearly there is something they are missing. Maybe a new set of eyes at a new shop...

    Just use 2" conduit nuts for the clevis spacer(maybe $2 worth). Save your money on other stuff. Or save even more money and just measure since the conduit nut/spacer does not actually hold anything. You can leave the space empty and just measure how far down you want and tighten. That is all...

    I have a Superchips Flashpaq on the Wrangler. It is alright but nothing special. They do not make anything for the Liberty though.. I have however heard of people messaging them asking for special tunes etc. I doubt it will happen for the KJ but it never hurts to ask, right?
