    Not to bump my own thread... or even answer my own question for that matter... But I think I have figured this out. The lower transmission cooler line seems to have been leaking EVER - SO - SLOWLY.... I replaced that and topped off the fluid. Hopefully, it's for good this time.

    Although I've probably already earned a reputation on here as a cheapo and a pessimist, I'd say ANY vehicle over 100K isn't worth more than $8K. That looks like it says 2001 on the windshield.... I'd shop around.
