In your area, get an old TJ, take the top off, and drive it around the desert. Need to just be sure you got hooks, straps, water, etc., and a buddy in another 4x4 along. Fun, fun, fun........

The bolts have to line up. 03 KJ's had 2 different trannys depending when they were built. Your 03 could have either the 42rle or the 45rfe. Which does yours have? Earlier build dates had the 45rfe.

The OEM HD cooling that comes with the towing package also has an extra large engine shroud that you wouldn't be getting with that kit.
That aluminum radiator is expensive. How much is the OEM radiator? Then compare.
