Radiator day from hexx
Have you checked the temperature sending unit? It shouldn't be running hot and the gauge showing 50%, just my 2 cents.- journeyjim

Sea Foam
I've used in the tank, it helps with anti-gelling and getting any water out of the system, it will clean the gunk out and dissolve it so that it will go through the fuel filter and be burnt, instead of plugging the filter. $10.00 a can is a rip off, I get mine at NAPA and it usually is $6.99 or...- journeyjim

What to "lube" on a KJ?
On the underside of motor homes, we use Napa silicone, it's better than wd40, cause it won't attract dust and dirt, which caused jacks and slides not to retract. I've been giving my cv rubbers a good spray now and then to keep the rubber supple, don't know if it's helping but they don't feel...- journeyjim

'truck' size diesel nozzle will not fit CRD filler opening.
Years ago when cars first went to unleaded, there was an adapter that went over the larger leaded nozzle that fit the smaller unleaded gas tank opening, haven't seen one in years, with the truck nozzle they just pump to fast for the filler neck, sometimes you can squeeze it slightly for slower...- journeyjim

05 KJ Wont Start..
This is the piece that goes between the lock cylinder and the switch?, did it break or just wear off? If you have the piece of metal, a small drop of super glue sometimes does wonders. Have you tried a lock smith, sometimes they have universal pieces. Just throwing things out here.- journeyjim

Automatic Door locks
My '06 hasn't beeped that I know of, I do hear the actuator in the tailgate, but only if I've had the tailgate open, and then the noise is as soon as I put it into gear, the doors lock as I am moving, about the same speed as the rest.:D- journeyjim
