    Did you check the fuse panel on the driver side of the dash? I think that is where the horn fuse is located. Air horns are great aren't they.:D

    The switch has a sensor for the chip in the key, was told not to have to many keys on the key ring it puts too much stress on the switch.:D

    Blower Motor

    I was always told to bring the blower motor up to high then set it to a lower speed, this was supposed to help with longevity? Wether that was an old wives tale I don't know, but since I've started doing that I've never had a blower motor start whining from the bearings.:D

    I know the spring rates are different due to the crd being 200 lbs heavier, but the dealers keep telling me they have to order in the shocks. My went quick and the front end bobs at highways speeds so bad, I need trim tabs on the back.:D

    Does anybody have these with some miles on them, I am noticing a whining noise and can't tell if it's the rear tires or the rear end. I've had these on for about a year, about 3,000 miles driving and probably 2,000 miles towing, have been quiet up until a couple of weeks ago?:D

    broken rear glass wiper

    Try lifting the wiper up off the glass, and cycle the wiper motor a couple of times to see it it will reset to normal stop. It may have stripped the gears? Sorry I can't be more help.

    No they didn't show me the parts, I just know that it's making a howl and it increases with speed, it just started doing it a few days ago, I have used the four wheel drive more in the last 4 weeks, than I have in the last four years. But haven't been doing anything like spinning the rear...

    Glad it was just a cracked filter, as long as it never got hot, you shouldn't have any problems with it, I assume that you got new fluid again? you should be good to go.:)

    Just got back from the dealer, for my front shocks and yes they are shot, but what they have in stock won't fit on my CRD, asked them to check the rear end fluid while there, had it changed in mid November at another dealer, in the midwest, they have come back and told me the rear end needs...

    The key has a chip in it, it will have to be programed at the dealer, I don't know about the fob, but they have to put the key into the computer to sync it to your car, unless you just want a key to unlock the door.:D

    The TC is going out, it's needs to have the newer TC put in, is this the first TC for you, or has it had the recall yet?:D

    Was the engine running? Voltage problem maybe? Since the buttons are all together I wonder if it's like a master switch? never have looked at the back side of the switches. Could be shorting from one to the other, have you spilled anything on the console?

    I believe they will, I can see about three screw heads on each one, my luck they put some kind of adhesive on there also.:D
