Could they have tightened the plug too much? The one time I let a chain auto place change my oil (it was the dead of winter), they tightened my plug too far and it was pinching the gasket in, creating a gap where oil was leaking a bit. On the other side of it, maybe it isn't tight enough?

If I recall from an old thread, someone did report that a set of speakers they got were too deep for the speaker space. Also, some have reported needing to slightly modify the opening while others have not. So those are two things you may run into.

It sounds like tranny fluid - could be coming from transmission or from power steering, if you have tranny fluid instead of PS fluid in there. The change in drips could be from the change in temperature of your vehicle. IMO, you should be fine to drive it until you can get an appointment with...
