    Yeah I run ones from Advanced after killing the original with water/mud. Now I just swap them out under warranty. Typically they last until I forget to turn the AC off before going into a deep hole.

    You can remove the fake bolts and put in real bolts to hold it on. That's what I did with mine. You can get nuts on the bolts except for the front most one. I had to use a speednut for that one. This way I don't need to remove the head lights to get the flairs off.

    If you're going to do all that might as well as swap in a decent motor because what you're describing is a TJ with a shittier motor in it. I would SAS a liberty or just buy a TJ and swap in a v8.

    I've broken a few of those mounts. I ended up going to all the local yards and pulled everyone I can find. I paid $15 for it when I pulled it and $75 if they pulled it.
