    Advice/discussion needed: DTTs. re-gear also?

i have 4.10s, and DTTs in both the front and rear axles, at times i regret putting the DTT in the rear axle, (2wd and slippery conditions now make it a bit too easy to have the a$$ end slide out), although i suspect the 2006 esp/abs systems are a good portion of the problem as well. 4wd however...

Guys good news i found a place in albany, New York where the laws of physics cease to exist. the first shop said there was absolutely no way to mount these tires. the one i just picked them up from did it in under 45 minutes without any explosions or tears in the fabric of space and time.

Tire shop blew up a tire

Yea but the one tire they did mount had a whole bunch of residue on it and it was hard to wipe off (which is why i suspect they may have been using dish soap and water) The best part is that they refused to replace the tire that they blew up. So my follow up question is are there any...

I brought my newly powdercoated tj moabs and 265/70R16 tires to what is usually regarded as one of the reputable tire shops in my area. And they blew up a tire when they were trying to seat the bead. They started blaming the tires, the wheels, the powdercoat....everything except human error...

Starting to think about new tars

duratracs are good depending on your use of the vehicle. if you wheel regularly, (at least once or twice a month), then i would say they will serve you very well. i unfortunately got very busy with work when i bought mine and i did mostly highway and city driving with them. Tom is right...
