    I think the secret to get into 9th in the KL is to order the tow package and get the 3.57 ratio that comes with the trailhawk. or tow package with previous years. Otherwise your stuck with 80 mph plus.

    Glad your alright. From what i've seen down there in the last week on way to fargo your jeep is far from the first to end up that way. Passed 8 cars off road from fargo to Grand forks on the 29th.( 1hour drive). was worst on the 27th when the storm was over.

    if they did the front pinion seal they pulled the drive shaft. could have put it back not seated well. Put it back in and try again. Get a good look at the CV since its sitting on the bench before hand.

    I wasn't as high as you are wiht the clevis but if you get the JBA UCA you should be able to get camber right. set camber -0.4 both sides . as much caster as possible, cross caster <0.5 deg toe normal. It won't be a caddy but it will drive where you point it.

    The 245 75 17s you got picked are a tad taller than the 245 70 17 i'd recommend without a regear and being 10 ply load E. Unless your super attached to your rims i'd consider 16's in either 265 70 16 or 245 75 16 load C. Even with the 245 75 16 6 plys I hated life without 4th in dead flat MB...

    Not a go to for the gas engines, a few on the CRD section on lost use(d) them. Something not awsome about the crd oil pan that i can't recall provided the motivation.

    Had the precision (Moog) super strenght ones with screw in the cap you needed a needle fitting to flush. Didn't do a great job. Have the spicers with the fitting in the body. Pain in the ass to get the right orientation to fit the zerk but flushes the grease out great once you get it.

    floor jack strategically placed on rear diff can alter the angles of the pinion to move the mounts closer or further away depending on what you need when mounting the new.
