Changing my rear dif fluid
just make sure the diff cover is clean and oil free before you apply the RTV... Oh and having warm oil helps speed up the process- Diggerfreek

Manual hubs?
manual hubs would have to be custom made for the KJ.... and even if you were able to get them, it would take well over 100,000 to recoup the cost- Diggerfreek

JBA 4" Lift
