Yes I got mine as well. After searching a bit I realized it's the same as an Eaton E locker. Even says E locker on the carrier. Got all the installation materials as well. Haven't proceeded due to health issues.
I have another question off the subject , Do you have any idea how much weight the luggage rack bars on our jeeps will support? I was planning on making my own cross bars that will hold plenty but I don't know what the existing bars can handle. Thanks , and Happy New Year
Thanks for the info. I've got a press and can get a dial indicator at Harbor Freight. Not sure what you mean by "Side Adjusters" Big and little torque wrenches I have, but only 90,000 on the whole jeep so I think I'm going to risk the pinion bearing at this point (unless I see nasty's inside)...
So I ordered the AliBaba XJX 93ET locker for the rear, and a Temu Helical LS 197.00 for the front of my Jeep Liberty, 2006 Limited trail ready. Are these home install possible or best to take it in? I don't have a differential expander or a backlash measuring device. After I receive them and get...
I was able to order the
I went ahead and ordered the top one, the XJX ET93. Said they would send it out Saturday, unknown how long after that. I'll let you know what happens.
Trying to figure out how to order one. (The top one)_ they don't make it easy
I tried TEMU but no electric lockers there. They do have a helical LS front diff for 197.00
Thanks. I was wondering about the lunch box backlash.
Thanks. After all I've researched, I think I'll go with an OX in the rear and leave the front for now. The chances of me needing both lockers in the desert are slim. I don't intend to do rock crawling or even "Let's see if I can go up...
Well Dang. Does ARB make one that would work? As well as their reinforced diff cover, I've read the aluminum 30A housing can crack under load easier than the steel counterparts.
Yeah, replaced the brackets. Bought this about 6 months ago. Had the noise then. Had a shop look , twice, said the brakes were fine. I replaced the Calipers and brackets because they were almost locked up. I did not replace the rotor or the pads. So, maybe those next.
