They had a cracked rad and replaced it along with all the relays and thermostat but it is still overheating. Actually the fluid on their overflow is boiling. Any ideas? I asked about the fluid type but it is the right one. Fan is kicking in and they did replace that too.

Just a sad update- I recently got word that S&R has located Michael but he is no longer with us. Our hearts and prayers go out to his friends and family. You will be missed.

My wife and I were talking about this just a few minutes ago and while we hope that they find him we wonder if he stumbled upon a drug runner or something. That area seems to be a hotbed for that sort of thing. Somewhere around page 13 they mention how his cell is either dead or the battery is...
Hey all. I wanted to post this in hopes that anyone in the area can help. I just found out about it as I only check their forum time to time. They are a great group and need help finding a member. If you are in the area please drop them a line. If you are out a little fitter just keep your...
Do you have a dremel? I used that for my hood louvers.
As for how much to do, a propainter told me all you really need to do is take off the the top layer but I took off a little more to be safe. I did not prime mine afterwards but I was using bed liner. Also, once you are done sanding...
I have the 4.5's also and love them. I have had them on now for....8 months maybe...maybe a little more. I highly recommend them and wish I swapped mine sooner. It is a chunk of change but, I have taken on the approach several others here have, when it breaks, upgrade. With the lift...

I am sitting at 55k miles on my atko's and they have another...15k on them roughly. Big chunks missing but still good. Looking at the MTR Kevlar but shops here say they only last about 25k.

I called the local stealership and they wanted $134.89 for it! HA! :favorites68::favorites68::favorites68: Online it is. Waiting to hear back form a Aluminum Fabricator. :icon_twisted: Otherwise online it will be.
I honestly thought it was the hose failing and not the bottle...but when I put the new one on I noticed one large white crack and several (4-5) smaller cracks or stress points. Why they are there, I have no idea. Perhaps I should just get another stock one since this one has lasted 9 years, lol.
So...today I go to change my oil and I notice a leak coming out of the coolant tank, behind the air filter box against the firewall. I figure Hose. I pick up a length of generic hose and replace it. Refill coolant and low and behold it is actually the tank that is leaking, right where the...
All the stud issues started after I went to Discount Tire. One tech said he torques all lugs to 100 # and the other said 110 as you can never been too safe. I just use good old fashioned muscle. :throw:
